Crown Axle CR115510 – E-5396

This Crown axle is the running-gear shaft that supports a connected wheel or linkage member on Crown electric lift trucks, holding it fixed or letting it pivot while transferring the load through its joint into the truck frame. Steady alignment at that joint is what keeps the assembly operating smoothly through travel and lift.

As the shaft and its bearing surfaces wear, tolerances open up and the resulting play degrades motion accuracy and loads the neighboring bearings and bushings unevenly. Installing a new axle machined to Crown specifications recovers the original clearances and protects those surrounding parts from premature failure.

Match the axle diameter and length to the bore in the assembly it seats in, since dimensionally similar shafts are not interchangeable and must fit the original bore precisely.
