Crown Axle CR115515 – E-5731

Machined to serve as a load-bearing pivot in the running gear and lift linkage of Crown electric lift trucks, this Crown axle supports and locates a rotating or pivoting component and passes the load from that joint into the chassis. It holds the connected parts in alignment under the travel and load-handling forces the truck sees through a working shift.

As the joint wears, clearances open into play that shows as slop, noise, and misalignment, and the loose fit accelerates wear on the bushings and bearings riding on the shaft. A new axle restores the original fit and clearances, tightening the mechanism and protecting the surrounding parts. It is produced to Crown dimensions so it installs in the original bore without alteration.

Match the replacement by its length and journal diameters, and by how it seats, press-fit or on a keyed shoulder, against the axle coming out, so it locates the same way in the linkage.
