Crown Tension Bar (CR125237-020) – E-6566

Ties the frame and undercarriage of a Crown electric pallet jack together as a push-pull tension member, holding the load wheels and lift linkage in correct geometric relationship as the forks raise and lower. The bar takes tensile and compressive load on every lift cycle, so a straight, correctly sized replacement keeps the linkage tracking true and prevents the uneven load wheel contact and binding that come from a bent or worn rod. Supplied as a Crown replacement to restore factory undercarriage geometry, it drops into the same mounts and works with the existing bushings and pins. This is the 020-length member in the Crown tension bar family; fits Crown PE series electric pallet jacks.
