Crown Tension Bar Left Hand – CR125237S080

Threaded into the undercarriage of a Crown electric pallet jack, this tension bar carries the push and pull load between the hydraulic lift linkage and the frame as the forks raise and lower a pallet. It is the left-hand member of the pair, cut to the Type I cross-section Crown uses on this jack platform, and its job is to hold the geometry of the lift mechanism square so the forks track evenly under load.

A tension bar of this kind takes a repeated tensile and compressive cycle every time a pallet is picked and set, and over years of duty the rod ends and the bar itself are what wear, bend, or fatigue. Replacing a tired bar restores the correct linkage travel and keeps the lift from binding or sitting unevenly.

Because these bars are handed, confirm you are fitting the left-hand Type I version to the left-hand position in the undercarriage, since the hand and the cross-section determine how the bar seats and which rod end it presents to the linkage.
