Raymond Caster Shim – RA850-138-244

This caster shim is a thin steel spacer used to set the ride height and load sharing of the caster corners on Raymond pallet trucks. Installed between the caster mount and the frame, shims are added or removed to level the truck and balance weight across the load wheels and casters, so every wheel carries its share and the deck sits true. Correct shimming keeps the truck stable, protects the load wheels from uneven wear, and preserves smooth tracking through turns. This shim measures one eighth inch thick. It fits Raymond pallet truck models 111, 112, 113, and 114 from serial number 25 and up.
