Raymond Lift Linkage Shaft – RA850-139-440

The lift linkage shaft is the machined steel pivot shaft that ties the lift linkage together on Raymond electric lift trucks, carrying the load path as the forks or platform raise and lower. It rides in its bearing surfaces while transmitting lifting forces between linked members, holding them in alignment so the mechanism strokes smoothly and squarely. Turned and hardened to resist wear and bending under repeated heavy cycling, a true shaft keeps the linkage tight, while a worn or scored shaft introduces play that shows up as lag and uneven lift. Fitting a fresh shaft returns the linkage to its designed geometry. It fits Raymond and Crown lift truck applications.
