This polyurethane load wheel assembly measures 5.00 inches outside diameter, 4.12 inches wide, with a 2.440 inch bore, supplied with bearings already pressed into the hub. The wide tread relative to diameter spreads load across a broad contact patch, reducing point loading on the floor.
Thombert builds this 5 inch load wheel assembly on Dyalon A polyurethane with a wide 4.12 inch tread, a compound and width matched to the load a reach truck puts through its load wheels. The polyurethane resists cutting and chunking where a rubber wheel would break down, and the wide face spreads the load across more contact area. The 2.44 inch bore sets the press fit onto the axle.
The assembly comes complete with 6305 bearings pressed into the hub, a heavier bearing series suited to the load this wheel carries. The 6305 set is greasable, so a shop can re-lubricate the bearing on a service interval rather than replace the wheel when it dries out.
Thombert documents this wheel fitting Crown reach trucks, making it a direct replacement on that platform. Match the 2.44 inch bore to the axle diameter before installation, since a press-fit wheel will not seat on a shaft of a different size.
