Thombert Load Wheel 4 x 2.5 x 2.047 – ML-2283

Thombert builds this polyurethane load wheel to 4 inches in outside diameter, 2.5 inches wide, on a 2.047 inch bore, the compact size that rides under the load end of electric pallet jacks and reach trucks. Polyurethane tread carries concentrated load at the wheel's small diameter and resists the chunking and flat-spotting that take a softer wheel out of service, holding a true rolling shape through a heavy cycle.

The 2.047 inch bore governs how the wheel presses onto its axle, and the wheel is sized for the 8505/18 greasable bearing, which lets the wheel be relubricated in service rather than run to failure sealed. This size is documented to fit BT/Prime Mover, Crown, Hyster, Linde/Baker, MCFA, Raymond, Toyota, and Yale material handling equipment, covering a broad span of load-wheel positions with one part.

Because the wheel presses onto the axle, the bore has to match the shaft it seats on. Confirm the axle measures 2.047 inches and check the bearing seat against the 8505/18 bearing before pressing, since a bore off size will not seat the wheel square or hold it true under load.
