The wheel measures 3.25 inches in outside diameter and 3.25 inches wide, a square profile riding on a 2.047 inch bore that fixes the press fit onto the axle. The polyurethane tread carries concentrated loads with low rolling resistance and holds its shape against the chunking that takes a softer wheel out of round.

The hub runs on a 6205 bearing, a common load-wheel series sized to this wheel's bore and duty. Documented fitment covers Crown, Hyster, and Raymond lift trucks along with Big Joe equipment, so the same wheel services several brands in a mixed electric fleet.
