Thombert Load Wheel Assembly 3.25 x 4.5 x 2.047 – 1820AOA

The wheel and its 6205 bearing arrive as one assembly, with the bearing already pressed into the hub so the unit bolts on in place of a worn load wheel without a separate press operation. Thombert builds it in Dyalon A polyurethane at a 3.25 inch outside diameter, 4.5 inches wide, with a 2.047 inch bore that fixes it to the axle.

The low, wide profile spreads the load over a broad contact patch, the geometry a pallet or reach truck uses to carry weight close to the floor. Thombert's Dyalon A polyurethane resists cutting and chunking and holds its shape under sustained load where a rubber wheel would flat-spot. The bore is the fit-critical dimension, since the wheel presses onto its axle rather than bolting to it. Match the 2.047 inch bore to the axle diameter on the truck, because a press-fit wheel will not seat on a shaft turned for a different bore. Supplied as a single ready-to-install unit.
