Thombert builds this load wheel assembly complete, with its bearings already pressed into the hub, so it arrives ready to mount in place of a worn wheel with no separate press work. The Dyalon A polyurethane wheel measures 4 inches in outside diameter, 2.5 inches wide, on a 2.047 inch bore, and rides on a greasable 8505 series bearing that can be relubricated in service rather than run to failure and replaced.

Dyalon A is Thombert's polyurethane compound, and it gives the wheel the load capacity and abrasion resistance a load or caster position needs, running quieter than steel and resisting the chunking that ends a softer rubber wheel early. The 0.59 inch bore depth sets how the bearing beds into the hub. This assembly is documented to fit BT and Prime Mover, Crown, Hyster, Linde and Baker, MCFA, Raymond, Toyota, and Yale lift trucks.
