Thombert builds this load wheel assembly on its Dyalon A polyurethane compound, turned to a 4 inch outside diameter over a 2.5 inch width with a 2.047 inch bore, and it arrives complete with the 8505/18 bearings already pressed into the hub. Dyalon A is Thombert's high-load urethane, chosen on a load wheel because it carries the concentrated weight of a loaded truck on a small diameter and resists the flat-spotting and chunking that end a softer wheel. Because the bearings come installed, this is a bolt-in replacement rather than a bare wheel that needs a press and new bearings.

The 8505/18 bearings are the greasable type, so the assembly takes periodic lubrication to extend service life in a duty cycle that loads the wheel hard. Documented fitment spans BT/Prime Mover, Crown, Hyster, Linde/Baker, MCFA, Raymond, Toyota, and Yale lift trucks, which makes this a widely shared load wheel across a mixed electric and pallet fleet.
