Thombert supplies this load wheel as a complete assembly, its 6205 bearing already pressed into the hub so the unit installs in place of a worn wheel without a separate press step. The wheel measures 4 inches in outside diameter and 2.88 inches wide, cut from Thombert's Dyalon A polyurethane, with a 2.047 inch bore sized to the axle.

The Dyalon A polyurethane tread carries heavy point loading without the chunking and flat-spotting that break down a rubber wheel under the same duty, and it rolls with low resistance to ease the load on an electric truck's drivetrain. Thombert documents the assembly as fitting Allis Chalmers, Crown, Hyster, Linde and Baker, MCFA, Raymond, and Yale lift trucks, so one assembly covers load-wheel positions across a broad range of fleets.

The bore is the fit-critical dimension on any press-on load wheel, since the wheel presses onto its axle rather than bolting on.
