Thombert Load Wheel Assembly 5 x 3.88 x 2.44 – 1683AOA

This Thombert load wheel assembly comes complete with its 8605 bearing pressed into the hub, so it mounts as a finished unit in place of a worn load wheel with no separate bearing work. The wheel runs 5 inches in outside diameter and 3.88 inches wide, cut from Thombert's Dyalon A polyurethane, with a 2.44 inch bore that seats it on the axle.

Dyalon A is Thombert's high-load polyurethane compound, built to resist the cutting, chunking, and tread breakdown that wear out rubber load wheels, and to roll with low resistance so an electric truck works less to move a load. Thombert documents the assembly as fitting Linde and Baker as well as Yale lift trucks, covering load-wheel positions across those fleets from a single part.

Because a press-on load wheel seats by pressing onto the axle, the bore is the dimension that governs the fit. Match the 2.44 inch bore to the axle diameter on the truck, since a press-fit wheel will not seat on a shaft cut for a different bore. It is sold individually as a direct, ready-to-install replacement.
