This Thombert load wheel assembly arrives complete, with its 6307 bearing already pressed into the hub, ready to mount in place of a worn unit without a separate bearing installation. The wheel measures 6 inches in outside diameter and 2.75 inches wide, cut from Thombert's Dyalon A polyurethane, with a 3.149 inch bore sized to the axle.

Because the bearing is a greasable type, the assembly can be relubricated in service to extend its working life rather than being run to failure and discarded, which suits it to a maintenance program that greases wheels on a schedule. The Dyalon A polyurethane tread carries heavy rolling and static load without the chunking and flat-spotting that shorten the life of a rubber wheel under the same point loading.
