Thombert Poly Load Wheel 7 x 2.75 x 1.98 – ST-2575

Thombert turns this 7 inch load wheel from Dyalon A polyurethane, a 7.00 inch outside diameter on a 2.75 inch tread width built to carry a lift truck's load without flattening or chunking under sustained weight. Dyalon A is Thombert's load-rated wheel compound, chosen for the abrasion resistance and shape retention a polyurethane tread gives over softer rubber.

The 1.980 inch bore is machined to take an L44643 and L44610 tapered roller bearing set rather than a standard ball bearing, which changes how the wheel is set up and preloaded on the axle. Match the 1.980 inch bore and the L44643 and L44610 tapered bearing seats to the axle before installation, since a wheel bored for a different shaft or bearing series will not seat square or carry the load as intended.
