Thombert molds this load wheel from Dyalon A polyurethane, an 8 inch outside diameter wheel 4 inches wide running on a 2.44 inch bore that sets the press fit onto the axle. The larger 8 inch diameter rolls a full load with less rolling resistance than a small wheel and spreads wear over more tread, while the polyurethane compound carries the static load without the flat-spotting a rubber wheel develops when a truck sits loaded.

It is supplied as a wheel only, with no bearings included, so a technician presses in new 6206 bearings or transfers serviceable ones from the wheel coming off. The 2.44 inch bore is machined to seat the 6206 bearing this wheel is built around.
