Thombert Poly Load Wheel Assembly 8 x 4 x 2.44 – 4865AOA

Thombert builds this load wheel assembly on a Dyalon A polyurethane tread, an 8 inch outside diameter wheel 4 inches wide that arrives complete with its bearings already pressed into the 2.44 inch bore. The larger 8 inch diameter rolls a fuller load with less effort than a small wheel and spreads wear over more tread, while the polyurethane compound carries the static load without flat-spotting.

Because it comes as an assembly, the 6206 bearings are installed and set, so it bolts into place without a separate press operation. The bearings are the greasable type, letting a shop relubricate them on a maintenance interval rather than scrapping the wheel when the grease breaks down.
