Press-on polyurethane forklift tire, 13.5 x 6 x 10 in (outside diameter x width x inside diameter), for Crown electric lift trucks. It presses onto the wheel band with a steel mounting ring and runs with the low rolling resistance, non-marking contact, and long wear that make poly the standard tire for clean indoor electric-truck work. It is a drive-axle tire built to put traction and load to the floor.
Thombert presses a Dyalon A polyurethane tread onto a steel band to build this press-on drive tire, sized at 13.5 inches in outside diameter, 6 inches wide, with a 10 inch inside mounting diameter. It rides on the drive axle, where the wide 6 inch tread puts more polyurethane on the floor to carry the tractive load an electric lift truck drives through its powered wheels. Dyalon A is Thombert's polyurethane compound, run here as a solid tire that carries load and resists abrasion; at roughly 30 pounds it is sized for a heavier-capacity truck.
Thombert documents fitment across Clark, Crown, Raymond, and Toyota lift trucks, so one drive tire covers several makes in a mixed fleet. The 10 inch inside mounting diameter is the figure that sets the interference fit onto the wheel.
Press the tire on hydraulically, since that interference fit is what holds it on the drive wheel under torque. Match the 10 inch inside diameter to the wheel it seats on before installation, because a press-on drive tire will not hold on a band of the wrong size.
