Measuring 16.25 inches in outside diameter, 10 inches wide, with an 11.25 inch inside mounting diameter, this press-on polyurethane forklift tire is molded from polyurethane bonded to a steel press-on band and sized for the wheel position of Crown electric lift trucks. The polyurethane tread carries the truck's load with far less rolling resistance and heat buildup than rubber, which makes it the standard choice for the hard, smooth floors of indoor electric truck work.

The tire mounts by hydraulic press onto its wheel in an interference fit, meaning the 11.25 inch bore is pressed over a slightly larger seat and held by that pressure alone, with no bolts or fasteners. The steel band is the rigid core the polyurethane is bonded to, giving the tire a true-running base that will not separate from the tread under load.

At 40 pounds, it is a solid tire with no air to lose, so it never goes flat and holds a consistent ride height through its service life. As the tread wears down toward the band, ride height drops and traction falls off, the signal that the tire has reached replacement.
