Thombert builds this drive tire in Dyalon A polyurethane on a bonded steel ring, a 10 inch outside diameter carrying 4.75 inches of tread on a 6.5 inch inside band. It carries a contour-step tread profile and a premium-grade build, positioning it a step above the standard tire at the same nominal size for operations that run the drive position hard. Dyalon A is Thombert's general heavy-production polyurethane, chosen where a driven wheel has to hold up to full-shift duty.

Documented fitment covers Crown, MCFA, and Raymond electric equipment built around a 6.5 inch drive wheel, including stand-up reach and counterbalanced applications. Polyurethane on a steel ring transmits drive torque without the slip of a worn rubber tire, and the contour-step tread manages the contact patch under acceleration and braking while resisting the chunking that ends rubber early.
