Thombert builds this polyurethane press-on tire to a 10 inch outside diameter, 4.75 inches wide, on a 6.5 inch mounting bore that sets the interference fit onto the wheel. The polyurethane tread is bonded to a steel press-on ring, a construction that carries heavy static and rolling loads while resisting the cuts and chunking that retire a softer tire early, which is why the same size serves in both a drive and a load position on an electric lift truck.

The tread runs a contour step profile that keeps a full contact patch on finished floors, and at 18 pounds the tire is sized for a compact truck or a load wheel position. It seats by hydraulic press, driving the bonded ring onto the wheel under interference so the two turn as one piece. This Thombert tire is documented to fit Crown, MCFA, and Raymond lift trucks.
