Press-on polyurethane forklift tire, 10 x 5 x 6.5 in (outside diameter x width x inside diameter), for Crown electric lift trucks. It presses onto the wheel band with a steel mounting ring and runs with the low rolling resistance, non-marking contact, and long wear that make poly the standard tire for clean indoor electric-truck work. The center-groove tread channels debris and adds traction over a smooth tire.
Thombert molds a center groove into the tread of this press-on tire, formed in polyurethane at a 10 inch outside diameter with a 5 inch width and a 6.5 inch inside mounting diameter. The groove splits the contact patch and clears debris and moisture from under the tire, while the polyurethane tread carries the rolling load of an electric lift truck and resists the cutting and chunking that ends a softer tire early. The tread is bonded to a steel band that presses onto the wheel under a hydraulic interference fit.
Documented against Thombert's OEM cross-reference table, this size fits Hyster and Raymond lift trucks. The 6.5 inch inside mounting diameter is the fit-critical dimension, so match it to the wheel band the tire presses onto before installation; a band that does not match the inside diameter will not seat the tire under load. As a center-groove tire it is a direct replacement for the grooved unit it comes off, keeping the same tread pattern on the truck.
