Dyalon A is Thombert's polyurethane compound, and it gives a press-on tire the load capacity and cut resistance that keep an electric lift truck rolling through a full duty cycle without the flat spotting or chunking that ends a softer tire early.
The smooth tread runs clean on finished warehouse floors, and at 40 pounds the tire carries the mass of a press-on built for a mid-size truck. It seats by hydraulic press, driving the polyurethane band onto the wheel under interference so it turns as one piece with no fasteners to loosen.
