As a solid press-on, it carries load through the rubber itself, so there is no flat to strand a truck and no pressure to check. The tire wears down gradually toward the safety line near the wheel band, the point at which remaining rubber no longer cushions the ride and the tire is due for replacement.
Match all three dimensions, outer diameter, tread width, and wheel-band diameter, to the wheel it presses onto, since a press-on seats by interference fit and will not hold on the wrong band size.
