Measuring 10 inches in outside diameter, 5 inches across the tread, and 6.5 inches at the bore, this press-on solid rubber tire is built for the steer position and carries load without air. A solid rubber tire cannot go flat or lose pressure, which suits the low-speed, high-load duty and debris-strewn floors that a lift truck works, where a pneumatic tire would puncture and strand the machine.

The press-on design seats on a matching wheel under a press rather than bolting on, so the bore diameter is what governs fit. Match the 6.5 inch bore to the wheel it presses onto, and confirm the 10 by 5 inch cross section clears the wheel well and steer geometry, since an oversized tire fouls the frame and an undersized bore will not seat. As a steer tire it takes the cornering and scrub loads of the trailing axle, where the tread and sidewall wear steadily and are replaced as a set to keep the machine tracking straight.
