Crown Hose Pulley – CR131671-001

A hose pulley guides hydraulic hose along the mast as the upright raises and lowers, and this Crown pulley carries the hose over a grooved sheave so the line follows lift travel without kinking or chafing against the mast channels. Mounted within the mast assembly, it turns on its bearing or bushing to let the hose feed and retract smoothly through the full lift cycle.

Smooth rotation keeps hose routing consistent and protects the hose jacket from the abrasion and sharp bends that would otherwise cut its service life short, while helping maintain steady hydraulic flow to the carriage. A pulley that binds, wears a flat, or seizes drags on the hose and chafes it at the contact point, so a freely turning pulley preserves both the hose and the flow it carries.
