This Raymond drive tire is a solid rubber press-on tire that mounts to the drive wheel of an electric lift truck and puts the motor's power to the floor, carrying the truck's weight while providing the traction that moves and steers it. Solid rubber construction means there is no air to lose and nothing to puncture, so the tire runs flat-free through a duty cycle full of debris and tight maneuvering.

It presses onto its wheel under a hydraulic press, and it is replaced when the rubber wears down toward the wear line, chunks, or flat-spots enough to hurt ride and traction. As a press-on tire, it seats on the wheel by an interference fit. Match the tire's outer diameter, width, and wheel bore to the tire being replaced, since a press-on tire is sized to its wheel and to the truck's load and mounting.
