Thombert builds this Dyalon A load wheel to a 3.25 inch outside diameter, a 6 inch width, and a 1.980 inch bore, a wide-tread wheel weighing about 5 pounds that carries a lift truck's load across a broad contact patch. Dyalon A is Thombert's polyurethane compound, chosen for the load capacity and cut resistance that keep the tread rolling true through a heavy duty cycle rather than chunking under repeated load. The 1.980 inch bore sets the press fit onto the axle, and bore accuracy governs whether the wheel seats square under load.

This wheel is supplied as a wheel only, without bearings pressed in, so the installer fits new bearings or reuses the existing set. The bore takes an L44643/L44610 tapered roller bearing set, the seat to match when fitting the replacement bearings.
