Thombert molds this drive tire in Dyalon A polyurethane on a bonded steel ring, a 10 inch outside diameter carrying a full 5 inches of tread on a 6.5 inch inside band. Dyalon A is Thombert's general heavy-production compound, the workhorse grade built to balance load capacity against wear life on a driven wheel running full shifts. The wide 5 inch section spreads drive torque and load across a broad contact patch, the profile a counterbalanced electric truck needs at the drive position.

Documented fitment is broad, covering Allis Chalmers, BT/Prime Mover, Clark, Crown, Hyster, Linde/Baker, Raymond, Toyota, Unicarriers, and Yale electric equipment built around a 6.5 inch drive wheel. Polyurethane on a steel ring transmits power without the slip and heat of a worn rubber tire, and it resists the chunking that ends rubber early under hard acceleration and braking.
