Thombert Press-On Tire 12 x 4.5 x 8 – 10320-AO

Thombert builds this press-on tire in Dyalon A, its polyurethane wheel compound, at a 12 inch outside diameter, a 4.5 inch tread width, and an 8 inch inside diameter. Dyalon A polyurethane carries heavy static and rolling loads with low deflection and long wear life, which is what a smooth-floor electric truck needs from a drive or load position that runs a full shift.

The 8 inch inside diameter is the mounting bore that presses onto the steel wheel, and a press-on tire holds by interference fit alone, without bearings or fasteners. That makes the bore the fit-critical dimension: it has to match the wheel band diameter so the tire seats square and stays put under torque.

This tire fits Crown, Hyster, Raymond, Toyota, UniCarriers, and Yale lift trucks, documented through Thombert's OEM cross-reference table. The smooth tread runs best on clean, hard warehouse floors where a broad, even contact patch does the work.
