Crown Load Wheel Ball Bearing 6305Z – BR-124

Sized to the 6305 standard at a 25 mm bore, 62 mm outer diameter, and 17 mm width, this 6305Z deep groove ball bearing is the shielded version of that size, with a metal Z shield pressed over one face to keep grease in and contamination out. That shielding matters in a load wheel, which runs close to the floor through the dust and debris that would otherwise work into the bearing.

Set between the wheel hub and axle, the bearing lets the load wheel rotate under the truck's weight while carrying the radial and light thrust forces of everyday maneuvering. Its single row of balls keeps rolling friction low so the wheel turns freely, and as the bearing wears the wheel develops play that roughens rolling and accelerates tire wear.
