Fork 42′ Class 2 – T2B42S-A

Measuring 42 inches from heel to tip and built to the Class 2 carriage standard, this fork mounts on lift trucks fitted with a Class 2 hook bar and carries load out to the full length of the blade. Class 2 fixes the hook spacing and the carriage bar height, so the fork hangs at the standard mounting interval for that class rather than on a proprietary pattern.

The blade takes the load along its 42 inch length and transfers it into the vertical shank, where the heel absorbs the concentrated stress of every lift. At about 110 pounds, it is a forged steel fork sized for genuine working duty rather than light intermittent use.

Heel thickness is the wear point that matters most, and as the blade thins from years of loading and dragging against pallets, its rated capacity drops; a fork worn past roughly ten percent of its original heel thickness has reached the end of its service life.
