Press-on polyurethane forklift tire for Crown electric lift trucks, a solid poly tread bonded to a steel band and pressed onto the wheel. It runs with the low rolling resistance, non-marking contact, and long wear that make poly the standard tire for clean indoor electric-truck work. Thombert molds this press-on tire in Dyalon A polyurethane at a 12 inch outside diameter with a 5.5 inch tread width and an 8 inch inside mounting diameter. Dyalon A gives the tread the load capacity and cut resistance an electric lift truck needs, wearing evenly across the contact patch rather than chunking under repeated cornering. The tread is bonded to a steel band that presses onto the wheel under a hydraulic interference fit, and the tire is supplied on its own rather than as a complete tire-and-hub unit.
Documented against Thombert's OEM cross-reference table, this size fits Allis Chalmers, Crown, Hyster, and Yale lift trucks. The 8 inch inside mounting diameter is the dimension that governs the fit, so match it to the wheel band the tire presses onto before installation; an inside diameter that runs undersized or oversized will not hold the tire under load.
