Thombert builds it at 15 inches outside diameter and 6 inches across the tread, on an 11.75 inch inside mounting diameter that presses onto the wheel. The polyurethane is bonded to a steel press-on band, so the tire runs solid and non-pneumatic, carrying rated load without the downtime a punctured air tire causes.

Mounting is a hydraulic interference fit against that 11.75 inch bore, the surface that holds the tire on the wheel. Thombert documents the tire to Crown and Raymond electric lift trucks, making it a like-for-like poly replacement on those machines. Because the press fit depends entirely on the bore, measure the band diameter on the wheel being reused before pressing this tire on; a bore that does not match the wheel will not seat under the press.
