Crown Steering Ball Bearing 6212-2RS – BR-995

Rubber seals on both faces retain grease and shut out dust and moisture in this 6212-2RS deep groove ball bearing, a 60 mm bore unit with a 110 mm outside diameter and 22 mm width. The C3 internal clearance gives the bearing room to run under load or as it warms to operating temperature, so it does not bind when the assembly heats up.

In a steering position on a Crown lift truck it supports rotating motion and carries radial load, keeping the steering components located and turning smoothly as the operator works the wheel. As the balls and races wear, the bearing develops play, roughness, or noise, the signal to replace it before the looseness reaches the parts it locates.

Match the bore, outside diameter, and width to the bearing you are replacing, since a deep groove bearing of the wrong size will not press onto the shaft or seat in its housing correctly.
