Thombert Press-On Drive Tire 12 x 5 x 9 – 10334 AO

Built for the drive axle, this Thombert press-on tire puts Dyalon A polyurethane where an electric lift truck needs traction and load capacity through daily cycling. It measures 12 inches in outside diameter and 5 inches across the tread, on a 9 inch inside mounting diameter that presses onto the drive wheel. Polyurethane bonded to a steel press-on band gives a solid, non-pneumatic tire that holds rated load and resists the flat-spotting and chunking that shorten the life of a lesser drive tire.

Mounting is a hydraulic interference fit, with the 9 inch bore carrying the load path between wheel and tire once pressed. Thombert documents this drive tire to BT, Prime Mover, Crown, MCFA, Raymond, and Unicarriers electric lift trucks, covering a broad mixed fleet from one part. Because the fit is a press against the bore, match the band diameter on the drive wheel being reused before pressing this tire on; an undersized or oversized bore will not seat under the press. Smooth tread keeps an even contact patch across the 5 inch width as the drive tire wears.
