Dyalon A polyurethane gives this 16 inch press-on tire the load capacity a larger electric lift truck demands, molded at 16 inches outside diameter and 7 inches across the tread on a 10.5 inch inside mounting diameter. The polyurethane is bonded to a steel press-on band, so the tire runs solid and non-pneumatic, carrying rated load without the flat and puncture risk that sidelines an air tire mid-shift.

The tire mounts by hydraulic interference fit, the 10.5 inch bore holding it on the wheel once pressed. Thombert documents it to Crown and Linde/Baker electric lift trucks, making it a direct poly replacement on those machines. Because the mount is a press fit against the bore, measure the band diameter on the wheel being reused before pressing this tire on; a bore that does not match will not seat correctly under the press. Smooth tread across the full 7 inch width keeps the contact patch even as the tire wears through daily duty.
