Thombert builds this Dyalon A load wheel assembly to a 3.25 inch outside diameter, a 4.40 inch width, and a 2.165 inch bore, and it arrives complete with its bearings pressed into the hub. Because it arrives as a finished assembly, the wheel and bearings go on as one unit, which removes the press-fitting step and the risk of seating a bearing crooked in the field. Dyalon A is Thombert's polyurethane compound, built for the load capacity and cut resistance that keep a load wheel rolling true through a hard duty cycle.

The assembly seats on a 6006-series bearing sized to the 2.165 inch bore, and the wheel carries string guards that shield the bearing seat from twine and debris pulled up off a warehouse floor. Thombert documents fitment to Crown lift trucks in its equipment cross-reference, making this a direct replacement on those machines.
