Crown Tension Bar (CR125237-080) – E-6564

Ties the frame and undercarriage of a Crown electric pallet jack together as a push-pull tension member, holding the load wheels and lift linkage in correct geometric relationship as the forks raise and lower. The bar sees tensile and compressive load on each lift cycle, so a straight, correctly sized replacement keeps the linkage tracking true and prevents the uneven load wheel contact and binding that come from a bent or worn rod. Supplied as a Crown replacement to restore factory undercarriage geometry, it fits the original mounts and works with the existing bushings and pins. This is the 080-length member in the Crown tension bar family; fits Crown PE series electric pallet jacks.
