Works as a push-pull tension member in the undercarriage of a Crown electric pallet jack, tying the frame together and holding the load wheels and lift linkage in correct geometric relationship as the forks raise and lower. The bar carries tensile and compressive load on every lift cycle, so a straight, correctly sized replacement keeps the linkage tracking true and prevents the uneven load wheel contact and binding that follow a bent or worn rod. Installed as a Crown replacement, it restores the original undercarriage geometry and mates with the existing mounts, bushings, and pins.
