Thombert builds this load wheel assembly on a Dyalon A polyurethane tread, a 3.25 inch outside diameter wheel with a wide 6.5 inch face that arrives complete with its bearings and spacer already installed in the 2.047 inch bore. The wide 6.5 inch tread spreads the load over more contact area, lowering unit pressure and slowing wear on a wheel this small in diameter, while the polyurethane compound carries the static load without flat-spotting.
As an assembly, the 6205 bearings and the spacer that sets their spacing are installed and ready, so the unit bolts on without a separate press operation.
