Toyota LP regulator for lift trucks regulates LP gas delivery pressure to the engine. Engine coolant heats the converter to boil the incoming liquid propane, and the regulator meters the vapor to the fuel system so a propane forklift starts and runs cleanly.
It fits Toyota 8-series trucks including the 8FGU15 through 32 and 8FGCU20 through 32 on the 4Y engine. The Model-SC casting is rated 250 psi working pressure and carries an electric lock-off, a pressure-adjustment screw, and a drain valve, with an identification tag stamped 30L90. A converter is a wear item: its diaphragms and seats harden and foul over time, causing hard starting and rough running. Replacing it restores clean fuel delivery.
