Nikki OEM LPG vaporizer for UniCarriers and Nissan propane engines, the GS00 B-variant. It uses engine coolant to boil liquid propane into vapor and regulate it to the pressure the engine needs. About 5.4 lb. A worn unit causes hard starting, stalling, and rough running.
Liquid propane turns to usable vapor inside this Nikki LPG vaporizer, a coolant-heated converter that lets a propane-fueled engine start and run on LP gas. Hot engine coolant circulates through the unit to boil the liquid propane drawn from the tank, and the vaporizer regulates that gas down toward the vapor pressure the fuel system can meter, feeding the engine a steady supply.
Over time the internal diaphragms and seats wear and the gas passages foul, and a tired vaporizer shows up as hard starting, stalling at idle, and rough running under load. Replacing it restores clean, regulated fuel delivery. Nikki builds this vaporizer for propane UniCarriers and Nissan-engine forklifts. Match the coolant fittings and mounting to the unit being replaced, since the vaporizer has to tie into both the fuel line and the coolant circuit to work.
