Raymond Gear Assembly – RA1114045

Raymond's gear assembly transmits torque through the drivetrain of the lift truck it was built for, its meshing gears converting motor rotation into the speed and force the truck needs to move and lift. Supplied as an assembly rather than a single gear, it arrives with its gears already set to the correct mesh and spacing, so the unit installs as a matched set instead of requiring individual gears to be timed and fitted.

Gear teeth wear, chip, and eventually strip under load, and a worn gearset runs noisy, loses efficiency, and can fail outright, which is why a damaged assembly gets replaced as a unit. This replaces the original Raymond gear assembly in that drivetrain position. Match the assembly to the one coming off by tooth count and shaft configuration to confirm it meshes and mounts the same way.
